Rates for Podere di Gesso Apartments
All apartments have central heating, living room with kitchenette, private bathroom and veranda.
They are of various types for every need and each enjoy various common areas such as: Relaxation room, wood stove, parking, laundry room, fountain and organic garden of the farm. The nine apartments of “Podere di Gesso” is just 300 meters away from Podere Giulio.
Conditions, rates and seasons
During high and mid season periods, the minimum stay is one week: Saturday to Saturday.

The price includes: kitchen utensils, linens, electricity, water and gas.
Not include: breakfast, cleaning, any meals at the restaurant “Podere di Giulio”.
- Guests of the farm have at their disposal;
- washing machine at a cost of 5.00 euros per wash
- every pet has a supplement of 10.00 euro per day and 60.00 € per week
